We want you to be totally happy with your purchases from Doktress Melange, but if for any reason you do need to return an item, no problem! Just send it back to us within 30 days with the receipt or proof of purchase for either an exchange or full refund.
Returns details and address are on the invoice which is attached to your parcel.
If the item is faulty please contact us first as we are often able to accept photo evidence of the fault to save sending the item back. If we do ask you to return the item please write a note about the fault on the invoice and please state whether you would like a refund or replacement.
If the item is not faulty, it needs be returned in the original saleable condition. This does not affect any statutory rights under UK law.
